Make America Decent Again
The idea for Partnership For A Trump-Free America was born out of the idea that Trump is a danger to democracy like drugs are a danger for kids. The film parodies the original Monster.com ad to show the unfit role model Trump has bestowed on America and their kids. The social component parodies the Just Say No anti-drug campaign asking the public to Just Say No To Trump.

OTHERWORLD is the product of a never-ending voyage of adventure, self-expression and freedom. As I pursued a career in advertising at agencies like Goodby, Naked and adam&eveDDB, I always maintained a passion for understanding the ideas, art and culture of other countries. My personal travels led me to Bali, Morocco, Turkey, Australia, Thailand, India and beyond, each country filling me with more wonder, gratitude and freedom than the last. It is this electric feeling that inspired OTHERWORLD – a women’s resort wear brand created to awaken the the bold, bohemian adventurer in all of us.

Anti Mosquito Coin
Mosquitoes are a big problem in Brazil. They multiply by placing their larvae on stagnant water. But did you know that if you put salt on water it can kill those larvae? YEAH! So we created little coins of salt you can throw on water after making a wish. I believe this idea puts on people’s hands an engaging and hopeful solution against the mosquitos. And raises awareness for this problem, which was already being neglected by the society even before the pandemic.

This piece is one component of a larger, more complex image, extracted out to showcase it on its own. This will also be included as part of a series of ‘portraits’ I’m working on. The meaning of this particular illustration is loosely based on a trip I took to Viet Nam.
Eyelids “The Accidental Falls”
Eyelids is a band of five knuckleheads from Portland, OR who have known each other for over 20 years. We’ve all played in other bands (The Decemberists, Guided By Voices, Elliott Smith band, Stephen Malkmus) but never all together at the same time. It was a fluke, friendship band that accidentally made music others enjoyed! This song was produced by R.E.M.’s Peter Buck and we animated it ourselves (we are not animators–so it was fun to break the technology in front of us with naivete).
