Using a Mighty Networks mobile and web platform, we help diversify leading companies with senior-level creatives of color, providing them direct access to job opportunities, free resources, and the ability to build a network of future collaborators. We are a marketplace that connects experienced underrepresented creatives with organizations that are seeking to increase the diversity of their employees.
The network driven platform provides our members with a safe space to connect, collaborate, and share their experiences with people of similar backgrounds and interests. Membership is free for creatives but a subscription fee is required for companies to access our database of vetted talent.
In 2018 Briana and I met while volunteering for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC. We liked our work chemistry so much we decided to start a company together. After thinking about it for a while, we decided that the problem we wanted to address was the lack of diversity throughout the creative industries.
