Side with BIPOC talent
A look at the racial breakdown in the U.S ad industry shows how much we lack in diversity. While some initiatives have attempted to address lack of diversity by championing black, indigenous, and other people of color talent (i.e 600 & Rising, 100 Roses), little to no progress has been made. If you’re currently a student at any university around the world and you would like to help solve this issue, this brief is for you.
Create a side project that changes the perception of addressing diversity from a chore to something beneficial and important.
