I saw this poem online in the early days of the Covid Pandemic and thought that it had such a positive and powerful outlook for a virus that is and was so destructive. A challenge to the adversity and the possibility that we and our fellow human beings could use this pandemic to create a better world. A big challenge and maybe naive hope. Since it spoke to me so profoundly, I was committed to search for footage that would suit the words. I used all stock footage from Getty images to give visual to the words. I obtained permission from the poet Kitty O’Meara to use her words and felt so strongly in this powerful message I bought the rights to the footage and with generous contributors in music and mix from Asche & Spencer and Casey Chester and the powerful voice of Ric Kallaher.
