O Kilo Gourmet (Gourmet Self Service)

At some point, having lunch during my workdays I thought: Why does the food that we have in buffet-style restaurants have to be ugly? Since we’re not eating the best food we could at that moment, why not try to give it a better look?

So I started plating my lunch dishes like top bistros/restaurants chefs would do, taking pictures of them, naming them with “google translated french names” and uploading it into an IG account.
